Everyone’s so worried about profitability, but it’s a function of growth. Airbnb is spending a ton of money to capitalize on growth right now and increase valuation. At any moment, they can pull back the spending and be ‘profitable’. With that said, this is great. However, Airbnb has had profitable quarters in the past; historically, Q3 is most profitable for the company.

I think companies should stay out of politics. This year, many (Lyft, Netflix, etc.) have felt the desire to speak out against our president. Hey, Airbnb, focus on your business. Plus, 60M+ Americans voted for Trump.
I think Airbnb can house refugees without making a political statement for $5M. You can watch the actual Superbowl ad through the link.
Many factors go into this decision, but if you want to make more money, then the answer is a resounding yes, basically anywhere in the world. This article sheds on light on this question for those a bit skeptical.
